I got my overnight stay at the Circle Hostel at San Juan La Union to experience one of the best spot of surfing at the northern part.
If one is on the budget and in backpacking mode, then this dorm-type style of accommodation where one can stay in bunk bed, hammock or area to lounge is highly recommended. There is also a common bathroom for everyone.
