Doing the food exploration thru a roadtrip that is coming from the southern part from Laguna travelling to northern part like Pangasinan is such a bliss of interest and excitement as we considered ourselves a Food Traveler at least for two days.

Taking a break first w/ Caffe La Tea selections of drinks – Macha, Lemongrass, Affogato, Frappe and so much more to choose which are all refreshing for the summer heat.

Having a break for a while, now we are ready for lunch with Matutina Gerry’s Seafood House. Upon entry on the second floor,their flower interior matches my outfit.
Uber-fresh catch seafood and fish on our table were served. The delectable large meaty crab made our meal soo satisfying. The sweet, juicy flesh of the crab sharply visible once tasted.

For dessert, cake galore w/ Bread House is such a delectable hit to indulge – colorful, playful and artistically done yet moist in taste especially the Tuttifrutti Cake.
Aside from cakes, breads and pastries, the said bakery house also offers meal dishes. Their Kare-Kare, Seafood Soup, Pinakbet and Salted Egg Fried Rice are festive of taste.

Coffee concoction for an afternoon sesh was also served. The way they presented it is like high-end coffee shop in the metro.
Got also to try their loaf bread at home partnered with Scrambled Egg and coffee, simple yet palatable for the lazy afternoon to be awake.

I thought Ma-sarap Grill located inside the mall was unappetizing serving but its not. Their Liempo, Pancit and Boneless Bangus are too delish that one cannot resist to taste them.

Cocktails and dishes partnered with Mint Kitchen Bar Karaoke made the Friday an awesome night out while saving the best for our last hurrah.
Salted Egg Chicken and Salmon with Mashed Potatoes got a twist yet unique flavorful taste to try.
Their cocktail mix and presentation are an edge also comparable to the metro bar.
